Strategro to Speak at Quebec Health and Seafood Symposium PDF Print E-mail
Strategro International has been invited to speak at the Health and Seafood Symposium being held in Quebec City during January 26th and 27th, 2009.

The title of the presentation, Market Opportunities and Challenges for Marine-derived Products and Ingredients, will showcase various marine products and technologies that are being developed and commercialized internationally within the health food, nutrition, and cosmeceuticals markets.

The event will bring together scientists, nutritionists, commercial fisherman and aquaculturists, processing plant managers, marketing representative, grocery chain representatives and decision-makers from the public and private sectors.  Experts from Québec, the United States and Europe will discuss the latest discoveries concerning the benefits of a diet that regularly includes fish and seafood as a way to preserve and even improve human health, and recent commercial advancements in marine biotechnology/marine-derived products.
