The last Zonase safety study, the so called RIPT-test, where 100 persons are examined for skin reactions following repeated applications of Zonase, have now been finalized without any negative results, according to an ABT statement. This implies that Zonase is the only safety tested exfoliating ingredient for cosmetics where no negative effects are shown even at very high concentration levels. Hence, Zonase will be able to provide new and improved qualities to a broad spectrum of the cosmetic product categories in trade today, as well as being a basis for developing new products.

Strategro has been assisting ABT in business development in the USA, most recently through a series of meetings with several of the leading cosmetic producers in the world, which are also testing the safety and efficacy of Zonase in their own laboratories.

The response has been very positive and several of the mentioned producers now wish to start negotiations.
