Steve Dillingham is Founder and Principal of Strategro International, LLC, and has solid experience of nearly 20 years assisting companies achieve growth in a broad array of business sectors.
Prior to founding Strategro International, Steve was Deputy Trade Commissioner for the Norwegian Trade Council in New York City, assisting Norwegian companies develop export programs and business development towards the US. Additional experience includes serving as a senior marketing executive at HHS Integrated Marketing Communications, with responsibility for marketing, brand strategy, PR and advertising for major international accounts, and brand management and new food product development experience from CPC International (Unilever).
Steve offers significant expertise and network within the marine biotechnology, seafood, aquaculture, life science and health/nutrition sectors. He has led successful market development initiatives for international companies and organizations, and stays active within the research communities engaged in discovery of new products and technologies.
Steve has an MBA in marketing and international business from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and holds a BS in biology - marine science concentration, from Pennsylvania State University. Current memberships include National Fisheries Institute (NFI), International Food Technologists (IFT) and the American Feed Industry Organization (AFIA).
